Event Rules & Guest Policies
To help ensure a safe, enjoyable, and family-friendly experience for all guests, vendors, and animals, please review and follow the event rules below while attending Scales Expo.
- No Outside Animals: For the safety, health, and well-being of all animals present, outside animals are not permitted inside the venue.
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the expo center, including entryways and restrooms.
- Respectful Conduct: Guests are expected to be courteous and respectful to vendors, staff, and fellow attendees at all times. Harassment, disruptive behavior, or disrespectful conduct will not be tolerated.
- Children Must Be Supervised: Children must be supervised at all times. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring children respect the animals and maintain safe distances from enclosures and displays.
- Photography: Please ask vendors for permission before taking photographs of their displays, booths, or animals.
- Admission: A ticket is required for each person entering the event. Tickets are available online and at the door. Children ages 5 and under are admitted free.
- No Outside Food or Drinks: Outside food and beverages are not permitted in reptile display or vendor areas in order to help maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Lost & Found: Please report any lost items to event staff at the designated information booth.
- Emergency Procedures: Please familiarize yourself with emergency exits and follow all instructions provided by event staff in the event of an emergency.
Right to Refuse Service
Scales Expo reserves the right to refuse service or admission to anyone at its sole discretion.
Any guest who violates event rules, behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner, or fails to comply with staff instructions may be removed from the event without refund.
