Event Rules:

• No Outside Animals: To ensure the safety and health of all animals present, outside animals are not allowed within the venue.
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the expo center, including entryways and restrooms.
• Respectful Conduct: Please be courteous to vendors and other attendees. Harassment or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
• Children Supervision: Children must be supervised at all times. Ensure they respect the animals and maintain safe distances from enclosures.
• Photography Restrictions: Please ask vendors for permission before taking photographs of their displays or animals.
• Entry: A ticket is required for each person at the door, tickets are available online or at the door. Children under age 5 are FREE.
• No Food or Drinks: Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the reptile areas to maintain a clean environment.
• Lost and Found: Please report any lost items to the event staff at the designated information booth.
• Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures outlined by event staff.
